Stepping Stones Tariff 2008

Weeks Commencing	Weekly Rate	Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, however we do try to be flexible and accommodate your preferences wherever possible. Certainly outside the main season weekends/short breaks and stays of part weeks can be booked. Please enquire. Stepping Stones is available from 3.00 pm. on the commencing Saturday and is to be vacated by 10.00 am. on the Saturday of departure. Children of eight years and over are welcome. We regret we cannot accept bookings for children under the age of 8 years. We regret no pets whatsoever can be accepted, and we do not not allow smoking in the house.

We believe in offering high quality accommodation at fair rates and believe in transparent prices; there are no addtional costs therefore:

The prices quoted are fully inclusive; heating, electricity for cooking, hot water (no meters), bed linen and colour TV with Freeview are provided at no extra cost.

Provisional bookings may be made by telephone but must be confirmed by you within 5 days of our receipt of the Holiday Agreement and deposit of one third of the total hire cost.

You will then be sent a countersigned copy of the agreement. The balance of the hire cost is due six weeks before the commencement of the holiday. We shall then send directions to Stepping Stones together with a map, acknowledgement of receipt of payment and house key details.

Provided sufficient notice of unavoidable cancellation is given we do our best to re-let the house. If successful, any monies already paid by you will be refunded less any letting expenses - You are strongly recommended to obtain insurance against cancellation.
