Two bedrooms, one with king sized bed, the other having two 3' single beds; both have bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobes providing ample storage. Good quality colour co-ordinated bedlinen is provided – duvets, covers, sheets, pillows and pillow cases.

The lounge/dining room is attractively furnished in cottage style and has television with Freeview. A door leads to the patio garden which has table and seating. The kitchen is fitted and there is a 'fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave and toaster. Guests are welcome to use the automatic washing machine. Drying and ironing facilities are provided. Crockery, glasses and cutlery are provided and there is an ample supply of utensils and equipment.

The bathroom is pleasantly decorated and has a full-size bath with over-bath shower. Fittings are in pine and there is a razor point.

Stepping Stones has fitted carpets throughout except the kitchen which has vinyl floor covering. The windows are double glazed for added comfort and heating is by electricity which is included in the rental. The house has its own garage which is available to you. For immediate needs the local shop is a mere 3 minutes walk. It is open 7 days a week selling groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, wines, spirits and newspapers. Totnes itself has a wide selection of excellent shops.

The house is cleaned thoroughly before our guests arrive and is managed locally. A contact number is advised at a later date.
